LB Banner Winter 2018 - Quick Query

I know the image of the banners never shows their full potential.
So, I was wondering does the Snow Tree Banner has snow particle effect?
It will be nice if it does. I hope it does. I don't mind even if its just white dots floating

at least make the lb banner have snow particles same as gold tier banner winter 2016 event

The banner will be a normal one just like the previous years green tree vanity banner,so there won�t be any sort of � effects� in it.

I don't think any of the devs ever ran an LB event because these reskinned banners are joke for an LB reward.

But I don't wanna get into it right now so I don't ruin the holiday spirit but will definitely write on this next year.
