Neither the egg nor chicken came first.. You cannot have a chicken without the egg, so the only answer to this is the chicken had to be evolved from something. So here is what I found on the internet: So in a nutshell (or an eggshell, if you like), two birds that weren't really chickens created a chicken egg, and hence, we have an answer: The egg came first, and then it hatched a chicken.

I just ordered a chicken and an egg off the internet to see which one comes first. If they come at exactly same time then it means CHEGG came first. Lol.
