Toggle Skill Size Option

Could you guys possible replace the Toggle Skill Size option with a Slider Bar that resizes the skills/hotbar UI?
With Toggle skill size unchecked, the UI is a little too large that it covers a part of the chatbox, with it checked its too small for the fingers to press so using a slider would be really useful for players to choose a comfortable size.
