I heard blinky is 10% and heroic blinky too

legendary reduce 20% at lvl20, heroic at lvl40, but chance suck, if in pvp - also add dodge of rogues, it will never reduce their armor...
idk why u dont like timur, it has best chance to reduce 20% armor imo, cotton/oswald are good too if need only 20% reduce armor

if i needed armor reduce on my pet - i would take grimm(for vs) and nekro for clashes

Or suggest a nice pet passive for mages

but imo breeze best because of stuns/slow
