Efm wins. He sent me the correct picture and map title through Discord at 2:03am Central time. Plpr posted the correct map title at 2:02am but the incorrect picture (the rocks weren't in his original picture submitted). He then edited his post three minutes later with the picture of the rocks.
As the rules state, you must submit a picture of your toon standing nearby the object. Plpr submitted a picture without the rocks in it.
Congrats to efm... this one was definitely the most controversial thus far.
