I have a question. Does luck affect the drop rate of arcanes or heroics ? Some say that it doesn’t some say it does affect. I’ve been running with and without portals for hrs since the first day, not even arcanes or heroics but others easily loot arcanes like shenlong, zhulong, armored zhulong.
