Stash slot puchase didn't go through

I bought stash slots and didn't get them - or, in my noobness, don't know where to find them. (I read that when I highlight an object in inventory I should see stash as an option? I see only sell and equip.)

You have to actually go to the stash to use it. Talk to Amira in the back of the castle in town.
