For pvp

Kk, it's Cuards area for the build but if I may, I would recommend buying a jewel thiefs platinum talon, or farming one. Finesse won't do as well with the lack of hit. JT talon would be much more efficient in PvP and PvE, as for tinsel, I'd save your money unless you can afford the pink tinsel. Hit comes into play a lot at low levels, so I usually recommend getting the most possible.

Eh, personally, I think it's risky. An awesome idea but I'd hate to see the items possibly get scammed, then it could turn into a big problem and get the thread locked.

Kk I'm making a 25 mage currently and am gonna do lots of testing with builds so I should be able to cover that ground soon. The guy never replied. I haven't used a 25 bear in a long time, but if no one has had experience with one I can try and help a bit with it, although I think some of the people with 20 bears may be able to help more.

As for the premium, mind PMing me how it'd work? I'm definitely interested in it.
