Account registration for new players = too subtle

Registering a new account takes too many steps now. A new player must

1. Press "Use Unregistered Account"
2. Press PLAY
3. Press "My Account"

3 steps may not seem a lot but a new player would want to press the big shiny ENTER WORLD button before the tiny "My Account" button at the bottom right-hand corner of the screen. After that, they are pretty much left in the dust as to figuring out how to register their account (there are no clear instructions in-game).

Just a simple proposal in adding "Register new account" at the initial login screen.
