I may be wrong, but I believe 2/3 sets have same stats, difference is the way they look. (For quake and crystal)

As for onyx, its 2 handed, so u lack def.

Actually, 2h weapons seem to work well for birds in pvp. I'd try the onyx set!

Onyx Is the best in my opinion, but neither of them compare to the Frozen Nightmare Pinks at lvl 30.

Agreed, level 25 can be a risky level since you'll run into so many level 30 twinks in elite gear

Yeah. Sadly, the Sandstone Caves gear really isn't that good, even for it's level.

Since lv30 is right around the corner just get whatever is cheaper. Unfortunately, I notice sandstone str gear is pretty expensive in cs compared to other stats, so you might resort to standard fathom items. Like a good old warhammer! And a lv25 pink helm.
