Help for a new Bear

Hello guys. Im new to this game and recently made a bear. Its stats are Str:61 Dex: 48 and Int: 1 . I am wondering where I can get the best exp and where I could get some easy money. Also, with around 15k, what all Weapons and Armors should I get? I have a Crusaders Mercenary Helm (Level 15), Platinum Sword of Legend (Level 19), Redfang's Red Chain Tunic(Level 19) and Ironrock Shield of the Bear(Level 19). I am currently Level 22 with the following skills:
1 in each slash
6 Stomp
6 Rage
4 Beckon ( Will leveling this up help? how?)
1 Taunt
1 Shattering Scream.
How should I proceed with the following build now?
