Sorry, I was talking to the others who were giving dex and str suggestions. BTW, I like your suggestion and am going to try it on my mage tonight (if I can find them for level 51 at a reasonable price).

Edit: except I'm not going with the MM cowl. Too pricey. haha.

Oh nice, btw if you are going for that loadout, replace mm cowl with mastermind then.
Master mind gives 6/m per second, correct me if im wrong, so that would give you nice offensive stats and 12 m/s
Edit :Hmm i forgot that you'll have an base mana regen, so if youre pure int an scrubbers cowl will do just fine
