Serious lag/server issues

using htc evo 4g on a strong wireless connection right next to my router. Have basically wasted 100 plat on elixer because each time we reload a level, it takes over 5 mins to load. my ping is never over 200. why is this happening, and why are my elixers wasting away in load screens!?!?!?!

I am having the same problem, although mine is not as severe a yours, I still am experiencing small lag spikes often.

Also, you may want to delete your email address off the post to avoid people sending spam.

its getting pretty outrageous, not using or buying platinum til this is fixed, and I would like a refund of my wasted plat over the past week

Same here. The other day I used a 4x combo and the game kept freezing to where I had to force close. Love spacetime for giving me a refund.

Thought it was my device, guess many are having the issue.

If you'd like a refund of your plat or would like to discuss some sort of reimbursement from STS, shoot them an email at support(at)spacetimestudios.com.

You're more likely to get a response and get the issue solved that way.

I emailed them got back 60 plat cause its doing same to me. Never want to see that much running man again......he never gets away.......lol
