- Turn your device off - Leave off for two minutes. That is how long it takes to fully shut off. The first two minutes is like a "restart" on your computer. Not a full shut down. Then turn it back on.
- Turn off any ad-blockers, if you have any.
- Make sure you have notifications enabled.
- Turn off multi-tasking, if enabled.
- Uninstall and Re-install Pocket Legends
- Redo the platinum offer - Do the offer fully, and make sure you follow exactly what the description says to do.
- If problems continue, it's not Spacetime that handles the issues. You will want to email mobilehelp(at)tapjoy.com replacing the (at) with @.
- They will require some sort of proof of completion for the offer. A few screenshots of you downloading, launching, and opening the application should be enough.
Tip: Some offers take up to a day to process. So, if you haven't been rewarded after 24 hours, then you got a issue with the app.
