Dual Specing Int and Dex

Hello,

I was wondering if you can dual spec int and dex on a bear at level 55.
So I can wear both level 55 gem DEX and Int Gear.
Please do not say check out this guide, just a simple answer please.

Yes, you can dual spec any two stats on any character.

Yes but, I end up having 140 dex, and 133 Int or something.

Level 55, 54 x 5 stat points = 270.

2 Dex Base
1 Int Base

135 to each

137 Dex
131 Int

Stat requirements of 41-43 AO2 Booster pinks is 126/132 respectively.

Use a lower level pink helm to boost up enough to AO2 weapon, then probably a premium AO3 pink armour/shield.

It'll probably take a little effort to get booster sets and save the loadouts, so if you want an easier way, just respec up and down a couple of times.
