Reduce the tier points too 3k runs for a plat tier , we are not a joke bro.

It's been explained pretty well by other players here on the forums - a high point cost for Platinum makes sense when there's no Leaderboard... and it makes the rewards for reaching high Tiers meaningful (as opposed to making them extremely common).
