Random person just joined my private game....

Title says it all. A random person just joined my private game. Had a talk with him, cause I wanted to know how he got in.

Few possibilities I can think of...

You might have accidentally not created a pw game.

He might have gotten lucky and guessed your pw.

If you always use the same pw, it could be a friend messing w/ you.

Or it could just be a bug...

(1) I told my teammate to stay put, left game to check to make sure it was locked. It was. I had to use a password to rejoin.

(2) This guy did not know what a private game was, or that you can password lock games or that you can host games... Yes, I interviewed him.

(3) I'm gonna guess he was not spending time guessing my password, especially when he answers that he did hit Continue. Although I also understand, not everyone understands a question, so who knows if he was really answering me.

(4) I did not know him. My teammate appeared not to know him either. We were both very surprised this person entered our game since it was locked for very specific reasons.

I'm guessing its the new "Continue" button, what level was he and what map were you in?

Maybe the auto-assign feature has a loophole on locked games.

Forest haven and he was level 18. We were level 1.



FH:5 to be specifc. And he turned out to be a nice guy. It took a bit to explain what we were doing and to try to figure out how he joined us, since I really wanted to know how he got into our game.

The continue button needs to be placed at the bottom..
