I need a explanation

As a loyal customer I have a question. I had the right amount of plat to buy the new angelic aura but it stayed at 0 seconds and didn’t let me buy one. Now I’m confused if it was because I have previously bought one or because you guys were preventing people who have bought one before from buying more than one. I know you guys keep record of plat buyers but I don’t like to believe that you guys favors others more than other or that you tinker with the game in any way. But I was ready to buy an aura 10mins before it was cleared and it just seems odd that at zero seconds it gets stuck when I was activity pressing it 10mins before. Now I know I have the weekend and 4 hour intervals between the auras but please don’t play funny tricks if you guys are. I have the right amount of plat to buy more so I’ll keep in eye on what I have mentioned. Please if you have an explanation let a loyal customer know, thank you.

The stock got empty before you got one i think, that's what happens each time an aura is released if demand is high
