Ive seen people with this tile just wana knoe what it means and hoe u get it?

Most who got it did so by contributing in some manner to the wikipedia page when there had been none, or was under review.
For example I never did much editing (a few typos or corrections at most) but I organized a small group and outlined the general format of a game on Wikipedia.
Other ways that it has been earned has been to write up podcasts made by STS developers to the media. At least 2 people got it this way, and seems to be the most assured route.
