Pisces rework...sort of.

I was thinking that maybe pisces would be better if you could proc it via dealing damage, like aquaris, and have bends effect be applied via charged attack. Itd make the weapon times more useful and easy to use not to mention it would be a life saviour since rogues die from 2 hits in elite maps, but with pisces proc since it gives armor they can actually survive waves, so having the chance to proc it from razor while lureing mob waves would make rogues more sustainable.
