Stat pets for every campaign (level 1-77)

I like this a lot!! I never understanded why sts announced DEV pet as a level 1 pet, it just feeled so wrong to see all it throught.
So this is really good idea to bring some balanced pets to the L10-85.
And if this idea gets to production, they should change every current pet level to the atleast +L85, it's just a right thing to do.
