If there will be an awake event then why was it not shown on the roadmap?

They can't just put an event out of nowhere which used to make money to players, why not jarl and any other mini event.... Because all they want is money so people will buy more plats.

They clearly can as we can see in this thread. Roadmap even says that it can change at whim.
