No item drop in Event Chamber

Hi, im curious about item drop from chest in chamber.. im doing event mortarax, but if i open 2 chests in chamber, theres 90% no drop item, just gold drop. I try in another char and theres a drop item like rec mass moratax, key, etc.. whats the problem here?

Same issue here, it happens every after 8-10 consecutive runs and the next 5-6 rounds or sometimes even more are just empty drops from the chests.
