try exiting the game and then logging back on. That usually works for me

replacing (at) with a @
Nothing related to any players or drug references because they already got me into trouble
I normally wait a good 3 days for mine :/

Are you on IOS? Because I had the same problem!
After I purchased my platinum, every time I logged into Star Legends I was asked for my Itunes password. Then when I tried to type in my password I recieved my plat.
If none of this is happening just send an email to support(@)spacetimestudios.com. Be sure to include your character name(s) and your account user name.
just exit out wait a few minutes then log back in and in the loading screen it should say "Updating Pending Purchases".
