i think he somehow got another device and made another account OR this is a CRAZY coincidence

people being banned n coming back with another name happens all the time. wats the use of banning . ots a hole big deal over this one tho i dont no him at all wat i hear sounds crazy n i hope it gets sorted out
When your'e banned, you can't come back another name and have that name be linked to a pre-existing achievement. That is his record....
Might be a good idea to lock this actually, devs probably will if you don't.
