Im sorry if this guide exists somewhere already but I can't seem to find it
What is the base drop rate for each rarity of item drop: Trash through Arcane, if all rarities are present in the hypothetical map.

There is none.
It has never been stated by anyone in SpaceTime Studios, and further more why would it matter anyway? just because the percentages are there it doesn't guarantee you the drop you desire each and every time you farm. You have to understand it is rather all random and luck only gives you the chance to reroll into a drop higher on the loot table.
In the end the elixirs and luck items do assist you in what you desire but doesn't guarantee you what you want. You as a player need to think and decide what you want, and what to wear when farming and know which map to get it from, if it is not discontinued.

Statistics that a dedicated PvE player like yourself should rightfully have access to, to optimize your gameplay.
I am not trying to guarantee anything. I am simply trying to find the optimal numbers to farm what I would like to farm. You are right, it is the players choice, furthermore it should be the players choice to farm optimally what they want and play the odds correctly in their favor. That isn't a "guarantee" by any means. Put it this way, you would never play blackjack willingly when you didn't know the rules or optimal strategy. Its the same idea.

Well, i like to farm.
Accept the game for what it is, and don't need the stats of each individual rarity to entice me to want to farm.
Each to their own I guess.
