Sadly only champion rank can purchase recipe..please make it so guardians can also purchase it or else it become useless since champion rank players will not buy recipe/will manipulate prices of the recipe ..make it at least avalaible to guardians ..not many can do champion rank..or by the time they do lvl 91 expansion will come
