Forum access for new users

Hello, why someone that isn't logged in can't see images in normal resolution? they are so tiny that u cant see anything on it, when u click to enlarge photo it says to log in and when u log in as new user u cant even see announcement page whats the point of it??? Theres no way for someone to check photos from events like new items, pets stats unless they have 3 posts
