Sounds like network issues someplace between you and the servers, sorry.
It's not a network issue I played using web version but all mobile iOS or Android are down

Nvm this is not going anywhere l will just wait new patches. A report was done, my guild is suffering the same thing can't play on his tab but can in his phone. The reply is no mobile is fine. Sigh nvm then
Well, without more information there's little we can look into. All we have now is 'one person losing connection while loading on unspecified mobile device in an unspecified region', and a claim that some of their guild members have an issue.
In general, mobile is working fine. Dozens of different devices here are able to log in without issue, and population counts indicate very few are affected.
