It's fun, if that's your thing. I personally found the competition to get to 61 quick fun.

To some, the true cap is 61 (like myself), to some, the most logical cap is 60 and getting to 61 is just a bonus.

Just like any incentive or bonus, you don't have to get there, but if you do, you have an incentive to. Same here

Take some, they would rather have 3 60s than 1 61. Opposite for me, I haven't touched my two alts since Nuri's released, nor do I plan to.

I'd love to get to 61. Honestly, I plan to. And I wont feel like a capped player until I have it, but I will be farming from 60 and up so I seriously won't even notice the experience bar.

It will take me a while since I am just a lvl 55 with my bird but when I am trying to get the big amount of required exp I could get a glyph. Two purposes in one.

I'm 33 and a quarter, I play around 12 hours a day, and I will occasionally use elixirs. I want to know the time frame without elixirs. Give a rough estimation?

Well it took me 12 days to get to level 58 from level one. I was playing non-stop and used some elixirs.

Well It's taken me around 20-26 hours to get to 33, with farming levels where exp gain was disabled, so I guess I could venture to say I'm off to an above average start. ALL my friends list Frieda are asking how I level up so fast so eh, let's see how things go from here on.
