What am I doing wrong

I keep buying gears and pets and Awakening but I cant even get through phase 1 of Hedorah, I don't understand how other people with much lower stats do it, any feedback is welcome.

You have kraken as your main stat gears instead of your proc loadout. Use starbeast with dex awakes and jewels as damage loadout, kraken with gold loot and armor awakes warrior kraken for str for proc loadout to survive when procing.

Just join the map randomly. Pretty sure from 4 players, you gonna do the boss. Like damage combined, boss gonna die fast. And the armor cd, is same as the time hedo remove his armor or what he has first 3 seconds.

Two sets of fully jeweled gears isn’t reasonable. It shouldn’t be necessary either. How many players can pull that off? Lucky you.

I have 2980 dex with 90+ crit dmg and I can solo p1 hedo as a Rogue.

I proc Kraken Bow and Armor (nothing special with awakenings)

I use 15cd Snow Chakram Sb helm, Ring, Artifact all 3% dex awake
Legend 81 Armor, Belt, and Amulet with 3% dex awake each as well and an Immo Bracelet 4%dex.

All gears are full superb finesse.

Bonus crit damage on Aimed Shot (5%)

I'm using mephisto as passive, heroic flame as HB and heroic sabra as AA. Trust me you can kill any single boss with this set.
