Skill when swapping hotbar

When i tap skills (e.g. razor) and i swap loadout on hotbar very quickly, as the animations of the skills are playing, the skill gets cancelled and it still goes on cooldown.
E.g. i tap razor and very quickly swap to another hotbar. I still see the animation half way then there is no buff nor razors on me.

This should be fixed with the next app update (2.8.16) - no ETA on this as of yet.
