Pet AA when swapping pet

I tap pet on hotbar to swap pet then tap AA but maybe its ping problem, sometimes the pet itself just disappears. But most of the time the AA button itself disappears and i cant summon or swap or dismiss the pet. But the pet is summoned, yet it shows its not on my hotbar.

i noticed that too it happens when you press "hotbar pet switch + AA" probably not a bug so people cant use 2 pet AA
