I think just by raising drop rate of gears like himi/uler/villi set from elite chests, antignome belt/helm from bosses amulet from heretic chests , script of ancient technology from mobs/bosses, banish ring/amulet from bosses belt from heretic chests.
Also while birthday event u can involve in plat chests, which were introduced last time, the unupgraded myth sets maybe rather than the alrd upgraded. Maybe with lower chance cause then it would be extremely easy to loot em.
Rest quests like the fester fang trophies should stay like this. 20kills is not many imo.
