Recruitment LB in guilds

but why?
i’m in two of the large walmart guilds, not referring to CU, numbers don’t prove anything


problems:
i could create infinite low levels & then delete/repeat
if ppl leave, how does that affect? what if ppl leave then join?
another problem could be that, say i have an alt acc w 50 toons,
they all join- but it’s me

how could this idea even help the game?
