Changes that should be added to CTF games

In various CTF games that I had joined, I had noticed that some were spawn-killing me (as soon as I joined a team, the other team was waiting at my spawn for me). So I have a conclusion!
Maybe what could be added is where a barrier is installed into the spawn, where you can leave, but as soon as you leave you cannot enter in again until you die and spawn back into the room. This way the spawners cannot spawn-kill other PVPers, and the one way enterance would also be a benefit because you would only be able to leave. This way runners wont run back into safe zone where they can heal, then run back out and completely decimate the other. Any thoughts? I would love it if this could be implemented.

I can see the planned out schematics of this plan and the codes and the software and the installments amd the patch notes and they blueprints all so so complicatedly AWSOME! :P
