PC version or 70/71 first?

I know that the PC version is "very soon", probably the last few kinks and tweaks needed. I also know that the proposed time for the next campaign is within a few months. However, I do not know which would come first, the PC version of PL or the next campaign?

I'm personally waiting for the PC version to fully divulge into the game again since I'm letting go of my iPad. If the PC version is coming out before the next campaign, I'll try my best to get to 66 on my phone. If it's coming out after, I'll probably just sit at 65.

Would it be possible to ask for a broad which is which, devs?

Btw wouldn't the next campaign take around 3 months to release? So around February is my guess.
