Edit: I didn't see the L(capitalize next time), L15 gets new items and might have an advantage over 10-13

Because that will gurrantee anyone under 15 is doomed. With the 4-5 extra skill points, extra skill, and much better gear, any 10-13's wouldn't stand a chance. We would prefer to keep this tournament as fair as possible. If you would like to participate then make a toon within the level range.

I hope this tournament doesnt die. There are a TON of players in this level range that would love to participate in a tournament. but i dont think that many of them read the forums. it might be a good idea for some of the organizers to actually go in game and advertise. it would get more people on the forums and increase future activity in events like this
