Whoa, that sucks. There are a lot of moving parts between transactions (the bank, processing company, apple, google or whichever service and then us granting the in-game Platinum. In the past, we've had issues with stuff outside our control causing problems. I'm not saying that it's not us, just that it might not be. If you've already wrote the support guys with your receipt numbers, they can dig into it and get it sorted.
