Can you take a screenshot, Slant, and show us what you do see when you type /help?
Also, what device are you playing through?

Yeah! What you're seeing is a break down of the different commands you can type / use in game. You should be good to go! =)
Lol yea all you do is type /(command goes here) and you got it.
Some can be shortened tho.
Ex.
/t = /tell
/w = /who
/h = /host or /hostinfo
All the one letter commands are basically shortened ones.
