Thank you for doing this. I started yesterday and have a 26 attack bear and two fun level 10s.

I would like to create a new toon from scratch specifically for PvP. I'd prefer low level (10, 15?) and would like to be in an active level bracket. I have plat to spend. Please recommend a class, build, and level. Thanks!
