Here we are junior codebreakers! This contest will be harder than the previous two. I am trying to limit how hard I make them, as it is easy to get out of hand with cipher! just remember to take things step by step and try your best not to over think things!

The hint mutatio numeri binariae is latin for "change binary numbers" so thats just what I did. You take:

then you use the Atbash cipher method to decode it and get:

after that you take the last line of the cipher and use the same method as you would a cryptogram and get

Unfortunatly there is a flaw in the code that I found. The wording made me think it was a cipher with a passphrase and the "4th word" being that word. So through MUCH trial and error I came up with the word wanted as the passphrase.

With that you use a vigenere cipher and use wanted as the passphrase to decipher which gives you:

Well folks, not only did Serprus crack my previous codes, he also found a flaw in this one. During my copy and paste, I left out 1 line. I went and double checked and sure enough, its not there. So for everyone, the missing bit is; morfic ;478371.

Unfortunately, since Serprus posted the steps to solve the cipher a long time ago, I have no way to track who really did it.

But congrats to Serprus and all other legitimate winners!.
