I'm not trying to go against this because this advice was very helpful, but someone once told me that the forgiveness isn't for the other person it's for you. You get it all off of your heart, because after all he's the one that has to live with the guilt not you. By forgiving him it makes you look that much better and he knows that he screwed up and it's obvious that you have moved on....of course this doesn't come right away because we're all human in the end and grief is what we do. You definetly don't have to go up to him and say you forgive him, just do what makes you feel better. If its throwing chairs and tossing things then of course have at it. Just thought I'd give you my thoughts What you do with them is your business. I wish you the best. Hang in there!
