Magic Mirror

I'm new to PL (forum name same as in-game if you want to add me!).

I just found this "magic mirror" where I can change the look of my toon. Is this a seasonal thing, or is it always there? Just curious if I need to use it now or later lol.

Glad to be here! Great game and community! I'm not a new MMO player by any means (old retired WoW vet), but this is my first go at PL. Do any advice would be great . I'm rolling a bird (pure dex).
