I played PL during the fall of 2010, then found other games and forgot about it.
Are there still people playing this game?
Easy to find groups/games etc?

Don't want to get into a dead game

Hey! Quite a few things have changed lately, such as UI and the level cap, but im sure youll get used to it.

PS G is totally right, i havent managed to find a single empty town yet!

if you use plat or do free offers, try winter festival farming before update later on today,there are some new items, including pajamas
PS. Update will make winter festival dissapear untill next december

oh man, i know all about buying a dead game...
there was this robot battle multiplayer game (iphone app), the DAY after I bought it the servers shut down xD

thankfully, that doesnt seem to be in the near future of PL and SL!

Only the level cap raise. .The gameplay is same. .Its all about hunting new items and become the riches person in game. It happen from forest haven to mt fang. Nothing new there. .And the worst is mt fang. I love AO maps.
Without good fren there .the game is over.

Ouch, if you wasted more then 99 cents on it they should get you a refund!

The game is still going, but it really reached it's height in Alien Oasis 3, since then it's turned into a revenue generating game now (before it was a fun oriented game). The newest levels/creatures/quests are really just re-worked levels from previous expansions and all the good stuff/gold/equipment goes mainly to those who purchase and use platinum. To those new to the game I'm sure it's a lot of fun and STS does a great job of keeping it updated. But to those who were here for a long time (from the beginning or shortly thereafter) it's really turned for the worse and to quote BB King....."the thrill is gone". Good luck, hope you find it enjoyable.

All in all, if you are looking for something a little more extreme, you should extend your horizons into other MMO's. These games are casual and for many "the thrill is gone" at end level.

Im agree with krazii.. .Absolutely right.
For me im still play the game bcoz my frens is there. So when they decide to leave,i will leave too.
Lots of ppls dissapointed with the game.
I love the game bcoz its simply to play and fun. Its more than just a game.
