I think all classes should get their buffs at the same level. Bears are op in low lvl pvp because of rage.

Birds get focus and root early. If you play them right you can win.

After I said that , I wasnt sure if birds had focus or not. Either way, id be willing to bet any amount of gold that a lvl 10-12 bird couldnt beat a 10-12 bear to 10. (assuming both players are decent)
