    Default High-end fusion Vietnamese food...

...I'm in heaven. No PL for the next hour while I kill this table.

It's fancy bun tom bo nuong and it has apples and mango julien in it. Nice touch. The goi cuon is typical except that it also has apples in it and some other crunchy texture I can't place but tasted so good. What they called Mushroom Clouds are banh khot but with fancy ingredients. I've eaten at so-called fancy high-priced vietnamese restaurants before where it's basically cheap vietnamese food presented very nice. This place called Xanh is legit. The food, atmosphere and service are top notch for the price. I probably eat here twice a month and I try something new each time and each time I'm surprised at how good it is and what changes they make to the traditional recipes.
