Only GOA and devs/mods can lock their own threads.
As stated above, PM the devs to request a lock.

Or just post at top, edit your starting post, delete everything and say thread closed. Usually works, nothing to comment or speculate on. If the conversation on it continues even without a topic well..it'll get old eventually.
