Great list!!! I have had the pleasure of running with a few of them :-)

I would say there are a few other great ones.

Conanursan (not very active anymore)
FuzzyGrowler (not very active anymore waiting for new levels)

Edit:
I would say Necro, Zeus, and Hanky deserve to be there. They are def some of the best and I love running with them.
