Black ice quest question

Is it still up? I wanted to have it, where can i have the quest, im looking for 2h sword one, i hope it still available. Please help cant find answer on google

U get it after completing all the Lost Expidition quests

After you complete all the quest in Lost Expedition, go to the town and get the quest!!

After you do all the lost expedition quest go talk to ryom in lost expedition and he should give you the quest for the long sword.

My advice would be... the quests take a REALLY long time. If you have the desire to complete more quests at higher levels soon, I would recommend waiting and coming back. I had my black ice quests half done for a long time, and it really annoyed me that they were using up 2/5 quest spots, and I didn't wanna drop the quests because of the progress I made.
